Our customers' satisfaction is our priority. We do our best to provide you with quality products and a simple and pleasant shopping experience. However, if something does not go as expected, we are here to help.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by writing to refund@mydea.store .
In case you have received a defective or incorrect item, we kindly ask you to attach a photo of the defect or incorrect product directly in the first email, explaining what happened.
⚠️ Important note:
If you do not provide us with a valid reason for the return, or if you independently ship the return without contacting us first, we will not be able to proceed with the refund .
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen during the purchase.

The product must be intact, unused and returned in its original packaging .
To facilitate the customs procedure, we ask you to write "RETURNED ITEM" on the package.

12 Months Warranty
All mydea accessories belonging to the Cover Tough line are covered by a 12 month guarantee , starting from the date of delivery of the order .
The warranty covers only serious and structural damage to the product not due to improper use. In these cases, we will replace the accessory with an identical one to the one previously purchased.
⚠️ Shipping costs for sending the new item are the responsibility of the customer.
To activate the warranty request, simply send an email to refund@mydea.store attaching:
